With your Realtor®, you will begin touring developments. From here, we narrow your search to one or two top developments that meet your needs.
Select the unit that suits your needs and budget. Finalize the contract and provide a refundable deposit to guarantee it’s reserved exclusively for you. (7 day rescission start)

Finalizing 7 day rescission
Complete the 7-day rescission process, and once all the buyer’s questions are fully addressed, prepare the final bank draft to secure the unit.

Unit walk-through & Closing Preparations
After construction is complete, participate in a walk-through with the developer’s team 1-3 months before closing.
Set up accounts with Fortis (natural gas) & Hydro (electricity) to ensure services are ready by your move-in date. Finalize closing details with your lawyer or notary and your bank. Internet and strata are already taken care of.
